Also included in this new document release appears to be a site plan for Great St James island, found in the American territory.
The financier bought a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
The released images reveal he had drawn up development schemes to transform the substantial island by erecting residences, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a pool.
You can see the drawing is a channel, a marine passage in the territory, marked on the bottom right.
The site plan is covered in handwritten red notes and features a key identifying different areas of the property.
Alongside the main plan are what appear to be nine other property layouts and architectural plans, including plans for dock shelters.
